1. Delivery & Processing Time

• Production Time: 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Time: 3-4 business days.
• Total estimated delivery: Up to 14 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over $75.
• Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and items.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package's journey. You can also download the Shop app for real-time tracking here.

4. Important Notes

• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they enter production.
• Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
• Incorrect shipping addresses may result in additional shipping fees.
• We accept claims for packages that never receive delivery confirmation.
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
