Refund policy

This policy explains how Punlord handles refunds, returns, and order issues. We stand behind our products. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we can help.

1. When a Refund is Available

  • Misprints, Damage, or Incorrect Items: If the product has manufacturing defects or doesn't match what you ordered. Photos will be required showing the entire unworn/unwashed item and clear images of any defects.
  • Undelivered Packages: If your package never received delivery confirmation in tracking system.
  • Damage in Transit: If your item arrives damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, photos required before any use or washing).

2. Refund Process

  • Contact Us: Submit your initial claim through our contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and describe the issues.
  • Documentation: After your initial contact, we'll request photos and any additional information needed for your claim.
  • Assessment: We'll review your complete claim and guide you through next steps within 2 business days.
  • Refunds: Once approved, refunds typically take 7-10 business days.

3. When a Refund Isn't Available

  • Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after purchase isn't eligible for refund.
  • Incorrect Size, Color, or Style Ordered: Please double-check your order details before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.
  • Custom & Personalized Items: These unique items cannot be refunded.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or purchased at a discount are non-refundable.
  • Washed or Used Items: Once an item has been washed or worn, it is not eligible for refund.
  • Excessive Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who show patterns of excessive refund requests.
  • Claims Without Photos: All claims must include clear photos showing the issue.

4. Order Review & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Submit cancelation or modification requests through our contact form within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes aren't possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Incorrect shipping addresses may result in additional shipping fees.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages returned to us will be donated after 30 days without refund.
  • Lost or Stolen After Delivery: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
